A small celebrate-able indeed On this serious ward That deals with serious stuff, Even the hint of a smile is forever welcome - A silent testimonial To good news, Even a wee bit, Like one-fifth of a kilo up. What got us here Was the bad news; What gets us out Is the good news, However small the doses. And now to repeat that wee bit, A good few times more. It's that simple; It's that difficult. We don't give up, you know. We are a pretty stubborn, resilient crew. And so for today, one-fifth of a kilo will do.
